Tube floor lamp of polished aluminum with a cleverly split tripod base and original Lucite knob. A 1968 pop-era design by John Mascheroni and Tony Palladino, produced in NYC by the John Mascheroni Furniture Company, as part of the Tubo line. A rare and radical American 1960s lighting design. MoMA has an example in its permanent collection (see attached screenshot).

Fine structural condition. Superficial scratches to the metal consistent with age and use.
