Hand-thrown stoneware lamp base with an abstract pattern applied in a volcanic glaze. Originally drilled and notched as a lamp base. By renowned and decorated New Hampshire ceramist Gerry Williams, founder of Studio Potter Magazine. A strong example of his work with script signature to bottom. Can stand on its own as a ceramic object or can be electrified as a lamp.
